Pricing Information
- Price is set for each product.
- Total price includes tax and the processing fee.
- Payment Method: If you live in Japan, you can pay by either Bank Transfer or direct payment on location. If the customer pays by Bank Transfer, we must receive customer’s payment within 7 calendar days of purchase or your order will be canceled.
: : If you order from foreign countries, you can only pay by credit card.

Product Availability:If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. (Outstanding payments for the product/service will be wavered and unfulfilled expenses will be refunded).

Delivery:
-The estimated shipping time on your order is based on the respective products’ availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time

Return and Refund Policies:
If the product does not fulfill it’s designated function on arrival (i.e. it is damaged, broken or otherwise unusable), you may return the product within 7 business days. An inspected and functioning model of the same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase the item may be returned unopened in the original box, and we will exchange it or offer you a refund on the product. In the latter case we do not cover shipping/delivery expenses, and the product must be returned to our company within 7 calendar days. We hope that neither of these will ever be the case!

Insurance for Our Products:
Insurance comes in the form of “product insurance”, as provided by the given products’ manufacturers.

Tax for Delivery:
ChuoBudoguTen purchases will not include custom duty. So please be sure that the duty depending on your country will be charged on arrival.
