　In case in which if the page you fill in the data on your card should represent Japanese, English may not be set as the priority language.
So, could you setting up your browser with our instruction, please.

1) Open Internet Explorer, click "Tools" on Menu Bar, and choose Internet Option.
2) Click languages at the General tab.
3) If some languages are already set at the language window, click English and move to the top. and set English at the highest preference.
But if English isn’t set, click “add” button and choose English, then click English and move up to the top to set English at the highest preference.
4) Click “ok” button, and close “Language”.
5) Click “ok” button, and close Internet Option.
6) Close Internet Explorer.
7) Reboot Internet Explorer. Then the language is set.
